  • Such an interesting cemetery with very historical headstones. Well worth the time to drive around slowly.

  • Beautiful place that is very respectful and somber. There are lovely monuments and tombstones and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Sexton drove by and informed us this was the largest and oldest cemetery in the U.S. that is still in use.
  • Absolutely beautiful cemetery. Thanks to Venable Moore, Cemetery Sexton, for the private tour. Also for his recommendation of the book Just Passing Through which tells the story of the cemetery and those who rest there.
