  • This is probably the best mall in all of Upstate New York. We live about two hours away and come up here once or twice a year to do some shopping. The mall is very clean, people always seem friendly....  more »
  • This is very well manicured and well maintained mall. IMO, one of the prettiest in the area. It contains a lot of high end stores and great restaurants. I must say that the customer service in most of them are second to none. I've only given it three stars because in recent years, the mall has decided to cater to those that have deeper pockets. As the mall evolves, most likely out of necessity, it slowly has started to push out those that aren't as privileged. It's getting harder for your average Joe to go shopping and find anything they can afford. That said, my wife and I do like to come here every once and a while and window shop or have a nice date night at one of the restaurants. Occasionally, we even buy something. 😀
  • The mall was clean bright and bustling. The mall layout was extremely confusing till I was able to look at 8 touch screen map directory. I went to the Apple store to get a battery for my iPhone 5 and a man named Ty was extremely helpful and kind. I also went to Charlie's in the food court and had a three cheese Philly steak sub which cost approximately $10 with tax and it was tasty. I had to use the restroom facilities near the food court, and found the restroom sparkling clean. All in all I'm visiting the small was a good experience.
