Going to Virginia Beach in February was peaceful but not everything was open for business. Beautiful beach with some cute souvenir shops open. I would def go back when everything is open to truly experience it fully. It is very peaceful and the boardwalk is very nice and kept up.

Miles of beautiful beach with boardwalk and has some interesting architects along the way. We went during the off-season to avoid the crowds. It's a great beach for a family vacation. Love the fishing piers and Neptune's Statue.
