The ImagineU Children’s Museum was founded in August 2002. Since then, the museum has provided a learning center of possibilities and promise, a family place where children and parents can learn about themselves, each other and the world we live in through explorations, interactions, role-play and direct experiences. To visit ImagineU Children's Museum and other attractions in Visalia, use our Visalia trip itinerary builder website.
The Museum began as the concept of our founder Angela Huerta, and has grown into a fully functioning learning center because of the interest, talents, and dedication of people in our community. Through the generosity of Giant Chevrolet, the Museum has had a temporary home since 2002, and we finally moved into our permanent, purpose-built new facility in November 2015.
ImagineU Children’s Museum is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.
Our mission is to inspire children through interactive educational experiences by providing multicultural, hands-on learning through the sciences, environmental conservation, and the arts. By empowering children and their families in a fun environment, we can transform lives and enhance our community.

Great place for children. My main concern is how easily it is for children to get out of the front entrance and how they can easily be taken from this establishment. They really should look into doing what chuck e cheeses does to prevent kids from getting out or being taken. Also they could have a better refreshment list to choose from based off of the high prices charged for little sized refreshments. Other than that they have a great atmosphere and many different things for children to do.
I went for a birthday party and I LOVED this place. There are so many different activities for the kids to do. And for various ages too. Painting, dress up, Legos, fishing, tree house, piano, so many things....
