Our commitment to Hand Crafting our spirits extends into the design and layout of the distillery and the engineering and construction of equipment. The benefits of building and installing our own equipment became clear to us as we put together our distillery. By building our own condensers, wash stills, heat exchangers, hot liquor tank, etc. we were able to build exactly the equipment we wanted to use to make spirits. We became extremely familiar with the tools of our trade. The equipment itself is one more level of the distilling process that we get to craft with our own hands.Planning Waco trip won't be overwhelming when you use Inspirock's itinerary maker.
We are very proud to not only taste spirit we made as it ages and matures, but to also work everyday with equipment that was painstakingly and lovingly made.

We had a great time visiting the distillery. There are quite a few fine and unique spirits to try. We didn’t do the tour but I do plan to return for that. Also unfortunately there were no food options the day we visited which would have made things even better. Otherwise there is great atmosphere and cool merchandise. Highly recommended.

Such a happy accident walking into this tasting room. Do yourself a favor and try something off the floral-infused gin section of the menu. The Genever sour was a 10/10 for me. The whiskey sour was also tops. There’s a large list of unique spirits. They make more than just whiskey here, and it’s worthwhile to ask about it! There is also a good amount of merchandise if that’s your thing, and you can order quality food next door at Milo from the table. (Crispy Brussels go well with drinks!) The atmosphere was industrial but warm, and I really loved it. Great service from very knowledgeable staff. I’ll definitely return for my next trip to Waco.
