This place is very beautiful, but right now you can't walk by the river because they are doing tons of construction. But it still looks beautiful and you can walk all around.

Really neat place, but was under construction when we were there. Couldn't get to the suspension bridge. Half of sculptures were fenced off & fencing was covered so you couldn't see in. Definitely worth seeing though.
