Gathering for yoga in the coconut grove on the Lava Lava Beach Club is truly magical – the fresh, gentle breeze off the ocean, the nourishing blues and greens of nature surrounding you, and the sand beneath you provide the perfect backdrop for Calley’s thorough - and fun! - teaching style. The Full Body Elixir is exactly as the name says – it works through the entire body in a gentle, but very strengthening moving meditation and massage. Calley, a perpetual student, shares her wisdom, insights, curiosity, and joy at every class. If you are visiting the Big Island, I highly recommend trying The Full Body Elixir!

Great option for morning Beach Yoga & Qigong. Calley is a delight and I find her style to be part Ted Talk, Part Exercise, and Part Meditative. Intuitive, low impact, flow movements that will leave you feeling energized and curiously optimistc. Note- good idea to bring some water and also a towel for the sand, although if you forget, Calley will gladly share from her stash of backups.
