Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, Waikoloa

I played Beach and then Kings course. Both 9s were incredible. Beach was pretty tough with all of the volcanic rock, but it was an incredible experience. The par 5 and par 3 ocean holes were worth the price. I got there early and hit the range, putting green, and the chipping/sand practice area and had enough time to get a six pack. The staff, course, and experience were top notch and worth the money.

Three nine hole courses you can mix and match. Friendly attentive staff. I bought a package of four 9 hole rounds and was able to add discounted club rentals and discounted merchandise each time I played because of the package. The rentals are Cobra regular flex, which isn't my ideal fit for shaft, but they get you around the course just fine. The driver was an F9, which was great to try out. Cart and clubs were ready to go for me when I arrived and range balls come with the rental. It's not cheap to play, but it's on the resort where I stayed and has amazing views so you can't argue with what they charge. Head over to Mai Grille (not affiliated but conveniently located in the same complex) after your round or bring your family for Sunday Brunch.
