  • We learned about the coconuts, coffee, macademia nuts, papaya and other tropical plants and fruits. Very interesting. It does not last long, but is not very expensive. Good to get info on the island.....  more

  • It’s pretty cool to walk around the plantation and read about some of the information they have posted on sugar cane and other plantation crops. The tour is a little pricey for what you get but it is fun, and the guide was pretty good. The little plantation market within has a lot of interesting local products that are worth a look. Also within the plantation grounds is zip lining and a cafe. I would recommend this for anyone who will be in Maui for a decent amount of time. For travelers who are a little more strapped for time you can skip this attraction without feeling like you missed something, as the island has plenty of other incredible attractions.
  • Had a blast! Loved our guide, she was great and seemed very real. Learned great coconut facts and tricks. Only two comments - little pricey for the tram ride and they should’ve said a bit more about the wonderful wooden sculptures and made a point of showing them to us up close for a few minutes. Got a really cool time lapse video from my seat on the tram and amazing photos. Glad we went and would recommend the banana candy in the store section.
