Aunty Lilikoi manufactures and sells a line of condiment items and desserts made with passion fruit and personal-care products made with passion flower.

Aunty Lilikoi's condiment items include jellies, mustards, butters, syrups, dressings and sauces. The personal-care products, made especially for Aunty Lilikoi by local personal-care product manufacturers, include passion flower lotion, shampoo, body oil, perfume, bath gel, body scrub, shaving gel, bar soap and candles. The dessert line includes handmade pies, cookies, cakes, and fudge. In mid-2012, Aunty Lilikoi developed a line of coffee flavored condiments for Kauai Coffee Company and began manufacturing them for sale exclusively in Kauai Coffee's gift shop and online store.
