  • A very nice place to visit. The staff are friendly and approachable. You can tell that they enjoy working there; and especially when inviting you to end the land of Oz. There is lots of information regarding the history from leading up to film The Wizard Of Oz to other versions, including the more recent versions. There are mannequins of the characters of the film. Including objects used in the film. And how things were created during the making of the film. There are two videos playing one is the making of the Wizard Of Oz and the actual film itself. The ticket is valid all day which is really good. You should also visit the yellow brick road across from the street from the museum.
  • The museum was very interesting. I really enjoyed all the memorabilia and notes describing everything. My only issue would be the first film playing shortly after we walked in. It made it difficult to see the items that were close to the movie as a lot of people were gathered around the TV. I learned a lot about the movie. The entry fee is definitely worth it. I'd recommend a couple of hours to get through the museum and gift shop if you want to look at everything.
