Home of the Washington Nationals, Nationals Park opened in 2008. This modern stadium seats almost 42,000 people and offers two types of tours focusing on the history of baseball and the home team. Game-day tours take you to a luxury suite, the press box, and the visiting team dugout. Non-game day tours include these stops as well as the visiting team clubhouse, a chance to throw a pitch in the Nationals bullpen, and a visit to the Nationals' dugout (instead of the visiting team's dugout). Throughout the tour, you'll pass historical photos and baseball memorabilia. The tour includes lots of walking, so dress comfortably. A visit to Nationals Park represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Washington DC road trip planning website to plot your vacation.

Great park for Major league baseball. Easily accessible by public transportation or car. A lot of food and beverage choices. Lines were pretty quick. Prices are about what you would expect for a ballpark - High. Cleanliness is above average, which is more than can be said for some other parks. Overall fun atmosphere.
Incredible ball park. Situated right on the water. Will make for an unforgettable night. You can even get a glimpse of the Washington monument if you move up a couple levels. The employees treated us so so kindly. We will definitely be back to see the Nationals play again!
