  • Really cool stuff! The two headed cow is fascinating! The rocks are also my favorite. They have all kinds of cool things going on. Great for any age.
  • Interesting mural on the side of the Douglas County Museum depicting how supplies were once transported by an "Aerial Tram". The Aerial Tram was operated from late 1902 until 1910, with an elevation ranging from the river at 700 feet above sea level (asl) to the top at 2,400 feet (asl). It extended two (2) miles with a cable spanning two deep canyons that carried large steel buckets to transport produce down and supplies back up.
