I've visited this place for over 25 years while in GA. It is beautiful and serene. It's well worth at least one lifetime stop.
There is a small parking area on one side of the bridge. If you walk across the street from the parking area there is a little trail that goes down to the creek. I rock hopped a little ways down the creek and then rested against some rocks and let the water just flow around me. It was totally relaxing and beautiful.
