  • Not the prettiest beach I've seen, but it was worth a couple hours to hang out. If beaches aren't your thing, walk out to the small lighthouse.

  • Had a great, relaxed evening here. There’s a warmth to this place that makes you want to come back for more sunrises or sunsets. 🙂
  • This beach was wonderful! Parking lot is large - no charge on a Friday (unsure about weekends); plenty of room on the beach to spread out; we arrived around 1030am and it wasn’t too busy at all. It did pick up around 2pm but not packed. There was some trash/litter left when we arrived, but nothing that we couldn’t handle cleaning up and tossing in the garbage nearby. Notes about the area being shady/sketch: it’s nothing too crazy, there’s some industrial building and power plants nearby, but not off-putting in the slightest. No smell, the water was great, chilly but warmer because of the inlet/blocked by the jetty’s. We had a blast, we’re coming back again!
