  • Beautiful Fall hike! Very kid friendly. Our 6 and 4 year old loved all the rocks to climb on and playground. Lots of paved paths and dog friendly. Definitely coming back.

  • Super cool area. Skiing must be great in the winter. Nice hiking trails and Observation Tower. Saw lots of locals park at bottom and walking up mountain, taking a loop and back down. Nice place to have a picnic. Nice views of the area. The tower could use some kind of map at the top with NSEW directions. One view area is now overgrown and you can see posted view.
  • Beautiful park with a mountain view. Nice sturdy tower to climb with an amazing view. There is a lot of hiking trails, plenty of restrooms, not a large park to drive through, but a lot to explore on foot. They have a nice picnic area & playground in the middle of the park. They have a large concessions stand too, but it wasn't open until the memorial weekend. You can register by written hand and leave a payment, there is a window to purchase (it wasn't open), or there is a machine & you can use your card to purchase your daily/yearly pass for in/out of state visitors. Would definitely make this a must if you're in the area.
