I live in Texas now due to Katrina. I visited with both my daughters who are 8 and 9. Honestly, it was hard for me to relive a lot of those memories, but I am so happy I took them. I think they understand more of the seriousness of the storm and how much it took from so many people. Thanks for everything you do.
Cute place. Small, but very detailed timeline of how this city was impacted by the hurricane. I just wish it had more before and after pictures. To see how Downtown, the bridge, and other frequented areas looked before, during, and after the hurricane. To show the story of recovery would be very moving
