North Ponds Park in Webster is a decent little park to take a walk or bike ride around. I went to check out the disc golf course, which was not very good. if it is in your backyard, it would be a decent place to practice, but to play a serious round here is kind of silly. I could only find five of the nine holes, but an arts festival may have overlapped the other four. it's a short and wide open course that basically goes back and forth across a field area.
