  • Very nice and serene lake. It's so huge and maintained very well
  • A wonderful place to take a pleasant walk of 60-90 minutes. A path circles the entire lake and it passes through boardwalked wetland, woods, backyards of mansions, and the beautiful and historic Wellesley College campus. The lake is inhabited by ducks, geese and swans. It's fun any time of year. You can park in the campus garage, in visitor spaces, or in a lot near the athletic fields. The Davis museum on campus is free and worth a visit as well.
