Natural Falls State Park is a 120 acres (0.49 km2) state-owned park in the Ozarks, in Delaware County, Oklahoma. It lies along U.S. Highway 412, near the Arkansas-Oklahoma state line. The property was privately-owned and known as Dripping Springs until 1990, when the state bought it. The previous owners had also used the property as an attraction and rest stop for travelers on the highway, featuring a swimming pool and gardens. The site was used in the production of the 1974 film "Where the Red Fern Grows".

  • My only regret about this place is that I have lived in Oklahoma most of my life and never visited this park until now. The hiking trails are easy in some areas and moderate in others. Maybe it’s just me but the trail map could use some tweaking. The RV park and the Yurts available for use look really nice. The park is maintained well. I also noticed that they had security on duty which provides some level of comfort in leaving your vehicle parked ($10 BTW)while you go for a hike. The water falls were cool to see and there were different places to choose from in which to view them which is a nice touch. I can definitely recommend this area to relax and spend some quality time with nature.
  • Sitting on a bench by the waterfall was very therapeutic. It is a short distance to see the waterfall if you don't want to hike the entire park. Hiking was long, and great. It took us around two hours to see majority of the park, caves, and smoke house (located by children's playground). Parking was only $10 and it was worth it for sure. We went on Monday and there were not many people which was great. We stayed in a Million Dreams Cabins ( loved it) that we rented on Vrbo, and it only took us 10 minutes to get to the park.
