    very nice little park , I believe it is otter creek that runs through the park , it has two levels to get to the upper level you have to drive through the creek which takes you to the shelter built...

    Love all of the parks here in Iowa. Big or small they all offer a great insight into history, nature, or a quiet respite from every day business as usual. Great hiking and sites to see here. Spent some time tromping the trails and bird watching. Well worth your time to stop and check out the sites and sounds.

    One of my favorite trails to visit in northeast Iowa! Pet-friendly, beautiful views, and lots of wildlife. Well-groomed trail that is perfect for all skill levels. A few different off-shoots of trails as well that make it great for those who want a little more incline. They also have a small petting zoo in the middle of the trail. Great for kids and adults alike! Also good for walking in the winter time.
