Cupsogue Beach County Park is a 296-acre (1.20 km2) park at the east end of Fire Island and the west end of Westhampton Island, known locally as Dune Road, one of Long Island's easternmost barrier islands. The park is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, Moriches Inlet and Moriches Bay.

  • The east end beaches of Long Island are incredible with long stretches of powdery white sand and ocean waves. Cupsogue Beach has a large parking lot with bathroom facilities and lifeguards in season.....  more »
  • Fairly short sandy walk brought us to the place we could see the seal haul out from. With a pair of good binoculars we could see the cute animals relaxing and some playing/fishing in the water...  more »
