  • The 3 mile paved loop is perfect for a morning walk or bicycle ride, lots of hills to add cardio. The park is well maintained and clean.

  • Always love going here. So peaceful, as you look around, you are able to see the river in certain spots, and more so as the trees lose their leaves. The people have always been friendly when we do cross paths with others. So beautiful to go out and look at the colors of the leaves change during the fall months. The walking trails are good to just walk or take a bike and enjoy riding down them. Dogs enjoy coming her as well.
  • Lovely, popular, well maintained trail system. Paved and dirt options both. Family friendly. Beautiful spot for fall colors. Good range of distances for walking. I brought my adventure cats and was very happy to see that all the dog owners kept their pups on leashes unlike other places with posted leash laws. Will be back for the well reviewed campground. Nice that restrooms and water fountains are provided. Parking does get full on the weekends. One area does and the other dies not allow overflow parking along the road. Appreciated that the state park allowed free admission.
