Cosley Zoo is an AZA-accredited zoo located in Wheaton, Illinois. It is a facility of the Wheaton Park District and open year-round. The zoo, which is situated on 5 acres (2.0 ha) of land, is built on the site of a historic train station and consists of domestic animals, as well as wildlife that is native to Illinois.

The zoo holds various youth-directed programs, including Junior Zookeepers, birthday parties and holiday events.

  • A great little zoo filled with loved and well cared for animals. There were Llamas, goats, sheep, ponies, mini donkies, cows, fox, coyotes, some chickens, guinea hogs, owls, rabbits and some birds...  more »
  • During this December 2020 you need to make a reservation to enter. The cost is free as they are selling Christmas trees. If you go at around 4:30 PM , you will see a few animals. As it gets dark you....  more »
  • Such a fun little zoo! All the animals were displaying natural behaviors and there enclosures are so nice. Loved the raccoons. Loved the bird aviaries. Such a neat zoo doing so much good!
  • I took my daughter to this zoo about a week ago and she had a blast. I think it is one of the best zoos I have been to around Chicago. If you or your kids love animals this is a great place to go.
