Don't like going here, people working here are very rude and look very judgmental if your not dressed cultural, or artsy for there turned up noses.

Again one of Wheelings best kept secrets. The arts have become more commercial rather than local creations. But all round great historical information and good selection of books fir all ages. Nice to have good food available and the atisian experiance at the same place. Good location with parking garage across the street.
