The Hassayampa River Preserve is a 770-acre riparian nature reserve owned by The Nature Conservancy in the US state of Arizona, near Wickenburg in Maricopa County. The Hassayampa River has mostly subterranean flows for most of its 113 miles (182 km) length, the stretch contained within the preserve has year-round flowing water.

  • Maricopa parks system location. We paid 85 dollars for rolling year pass. The pass is for all in your party with pass member present. Other Maricopa parks included are Lake Pleasant, White Tank...  more »
  • I love this place. I go there all the time. One of my concerns is that it is not open on Monday, Tuesday. I like to go when no one else is there, the experience is much better, I guess it's closed.....  more »
  • Awesome trail system, great for half day hikes if you live in the west valley. Highly recommend 👍
  • A short drive from the West Valley of Phoenix. A nice shady walk around a historical area. In the summer get there in morning. Then drive up road to Wickenburg for lunch.
