  • What an unexpected delight! We chose to stop at this museum because we didn’t have a lot of time and from the photos on the website, it didn’t look like it would take very long to go through it...

  • Don’t be put off by the fact that this is housed within a piano store, it has plenty of interesting exhibits and a Virginian musician hall of fame. Despite being called the Virginia Musical Museum, it has nothing to do with Broadway musicals, rather it is devoted more to musicians from Virginia. They even have Wayne Newton’s car, which was originally built for Marvin Gaye.
  • The experience was definitely an awesome one. To see all of the famous musicians from Virginia were amazing. The history of how music started from the sound and how the machines operated was just simply amazing. The tour given by the gentleman that owns it was very nice and well explained. If you haven't stopped by the end result with Wayne Newton was simply amazing a must see!!!
