CELK Distilling LLC, dba Apple Country Spirits, is proud to announce that in 2012 we will begin production of high quality, locally produced spirits. Our flagship product, Tree Vodka, will be the first of many smooth, delicious craft spirits. For four generations, we at DeFisher Fruit Farms have proudly grown apples, pears, peaches, cherries, and more on our 400 acres. Now, with fresh ambition taking root, we’re taking our trade to the next level. We value local, sustainable entrepreneurship, and strive to make our products reflect this as much as our practices do.
