  My husband and I and our 2 boys aged 8 and 11 had an awesome time at this tiny museum while driving through North Carolina. We love to the $5 admission and there were 3 floors filled with interesting....  more »

  Hidden little gem. I've loved going here ever since I was a kid, then I took my daycare kids there. Now I'm taking my own kids and they love it so much! The favorites are racing the animals, seeing Jimmy the huge snake, and playing in the toddler area with my one year old. Go, but don't expect a lot. Just relax and let the kids unwind and have fun. It's not as busy and chaotic as some other places, which is a welcomed change for me.

  Small place. Affordable. Nice people. Good place to spend an hour or so on a lazy day. I like that they usually have some activities for the kids to enjoy and they let the grown ups join in.
