In a town dominated by skiing and hiking, this little stop is worth a few minutes to take in the view. You can really see for miles and miles on a clear day. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is..... more »
We watched the fireworks there on the 4th of July. It was good. No hiking. We sat in our chairs in front of our car. I like the fireworks better at the Catskill mountain house site which you have to hike to.
An OK,fully paved, pull off on busy road to look about. There's no place to really walk a dog or for kids to be about safely. It's simply a place to enjoy the view.
