NOAA aquarium. Small but informative. Seal rescue area. Make sure you park and walk up the street to the main street of town. Get some sweets, lunch coffee/tea at Pie in the Sky.

The mission of this aquarium is to share the research of the woods hole oceanographic institute with the public. Consequently, don't expect anything as fancy as the Monterey Bay aquarium. The woods hole aquarium is much more basic, but still very informative with some nice exhibits.
