Great hike, though be prepared for steep terrain and somewhat busy weekends. The lower part of the hike is in the beautiful forest with wildflowers blooming in the summer. The ridge itself is in a really nice place whether or not you decide to cross it, it offers great views and when crossing feels safer than you would think despite the large drop offs on either side.

I personally had a amazing experience. it is such a beautiful area. The 6 mile hike was totally worth it. When we got to the top. It was like you were standing on top of the world. I was a little skeptical of the whole causeway thing and thought that it was overrated.But when I got to the top all of my worries about not having it be as cool were gone.It was so cool not a easy hike but highly recommend for thrill seekers.
