Lookout Point, Yellowstone National Park

Lookout · Hidden Gem · Tourist Spot
Take in the best views of the canyon and the mighty Lower Falls at Lookout Point. Easily accessible, it is a popular tourist site especially if you don't have time to hike, so expect crowds. The 94 m (308 ft) waterfall cascading over the ledge is obviously the biggest attraction, but do keep an eye for birds of prey nesting within the canyon walls. A short, slippery switchback trail drops to Red Rock for a closer look.
