  • We did a great walk from old faithful, so many geysers and prismatic pools to see on the way, gives you chance to get a little away from the crowds as Old Faithful v busy.

  • Morning Glory pool was extremely cool but it is a long long walk. I got a blister on my little toe. If you're not used to walking perhaps you should try something else.

  • If you have the time, the morning glory pool is a beautiful sight to see! It is only accessible by walking or biking, with the trail starting by old faithful. You can either walk/ ride a bike on the road or walk the boardwalk trail. We went on the boardwalk trail on the way there to see some smaller geysers and springs- this path was wheelchair and stroller accessible and is around 1.5 miles to get to the morning glory pool (last stop on the trail). We then took the road back since it’s a straight path back. We were in a rush since the sun was setting, so expect to take a minimum of 75 minutes. We recommend at least 1.5-2 hours to walk the boardwalk to the pool and walk the road back to old faithful/ the parking lot. It’s really worth it!
  • This was my favorite part. Visually stunning. We walked the entire boardwalk and ended at morning glory. Lots of seating along the way for breaks or just to enjoy the view. The boardwalk is about 2 miles but very easy to walk. Well maintained. To get back you can walk the pavement which was 1.5 You can very easily spend 2-4 hours here. Especially if you wait for any eruptions.
