Hike Canyon Overlook Trail with the knowledge that you don't have to be extremely fit to admire some of the greatest views of Zion National Park. One of the park's most scenic trails, the moderate incline and roundtrip length of just 1.6 km (1 mi) make it accessible for visitors of all ages and skill levels. Even during this short hike, you'll be able to experience a variety of landscapes and natural features, and perhaps discover some of the park's abundant wildlife. The trail end commands impressive views of some of the park's most famous features. Apart from one shady alcove, most of the trail sits in direct sunlight, so make sure to apply adequate sun protection. Avoid hiking the trail in wet weather, because it can become dangerous when slippery. Plan my trip to Zion National Park with suggested itineraries provided by Inspirock.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Hard to find parking tho, but can parallel park to the side of the road/dirt. There are 2 portable-like bathrooms. The view definitely worth to stop for. I did have hard time finding a way back due to no other people around and wasn't sure which way I came from. Fortunately, I heard a crowd and followed the sound

At only 500m long, and with the exception of a short climb at the start, essentially flat this is perhaps the easiest hike in Zion National Park. Even those who are usually sedentary can make it out and back in less than an hour, and still have time for some selfies. But it delivers perhaps the most spectacular pay off when you get to the Observation Point. This short walk has a few uneven surfaces, and a few points where you are exposed to trailside drops - all of which you are protected from by man-made trail safety features. At the end, a view that takes the breath away.
